The Ghost Children Fight campaign
From Friday 15 November to Saturday 30 November 2019
Roeselare - Belgium
by Backpack Productions
Without a birth certificate, 230 million children “don’t exist” in the world, and can’t claim for any right. In Benin, one of the most affected countries, the mayor of Dogbo has signed a cooperation partnership for birth registration with his Belgian counterpart from Roeselare. On a mission to Dogbo, the Belgian delegation will have to support strong initiatives and to face cultural differences and local traditions to offer the project a full success. On a multipartite partnership dynamic, the #GhostChildrenFight project offers every citizen the opportunity to contribute to a participative documentary production on decentralized cooperation as part of the Sustainable Development Goals achievement.
Strategic orientations are :
- to input a participative dimension to international cooperation challenges
- to promote decentralized cooperation to worldwide populations
- to allow the people to contribute to a worldwide awareness-raising project elected by an independent specialists’ jury for its exemplarity.
Take part to the production of a 52′ documentary film. Support the campaign!
